Cows are a type of NPC encountered in Goat Simulator. Cows can act differently depending on what map you find them in, from completely docile to utterly hostile towards the player. In Goat Simulator: Waste of Space, you can find some Cows in the Test Chambers. They are docile, stand on four legs, and are necessary for completing the Test Chambers (Quest). In Goat Simulator: PAYDAY, you'll find a herd of cows grazing at a small farm. They are also docile and stand on four legs, however, they don't seem to do anything important compared to the Cows in the previously mentioned map. (Except Moo Man, of course) Lastly, in Goat MMO Simulator, you can find hordes of cows in the Not So Secret Cow Farm. Unlike the previous two iterations of Cows, though, these Cows are hostile, walk on two legs, and chase the player while attacking them with laser beams. The number of these dangerous cows also seems to be endless.
