The Goat Rider is a mutator that gives the goat a human rider.

This mutator cannot be unlocked. It can only be applied by going to Cabrito Park and jumping on the mechanical bull.

- Though the human riding you is usually the same as the one that ran up to you while you were on the mechanical bull, sometimes the game will give you a different rider. This may be a glitch.
- If you have rider goat and tall goat on at the same time, the rider can be licked
When combined with Uncle Goat, the Goat Rider can be used to fly.
