The Italian Dinosaur goat is a special mutator. It allows anything you lick to be eaten, and excreted as a watermelon-patterned sphere. After a few seconds, it will explode, causing the player to be knocked back if they are close enough and set living things on fire. It's a lot like Yoshi from Super Mario World, but with less copyright infringement.
