The Residential Area
The Residential Area is a location in Goat City Bay.
The area is a group of houses on the hill leading down towards the bay. From the top of the hill to the bottom, they are:
- A pink house. See the Sugar House article for full information.
- A blue house with only one explorable room. Armin and Paul are dancing on top of the blue house with a stereo.
- A white house, behind the blue house, with two explorable rooms. Minigames can be played on the TV in the larger room.
- A second white house, fully explorable. It has an attached garage, a greenhouse, and a pot named JACK. There is also a trampoline. It is the only house done in GoatVille architecture.
- Two tiered yellow houses, cannot be entered. The Bicycle Race event is in front of these houses.

From the starting point, the residential area is on your right as you go towards the bay.
Achievements[]
Vegas, baby: Hit the pot labeled "JACK" in the second white house.
Trophies[]
- There is a trophy in the bedroom of the white house with the minigame TV.
- There is another trophy in the other white house with the garage, in a room with yellow walls on the second floor.
- A third trophy is on a balcony on the left yellow house at the bottom of the area.
