The Skyscraper Balcony
The Skyscraper Balcony is a location in Goat City Bay.
The balcony has a number of people laying on lounge chairs or sitting at tables. One man is dancing on a platform. There is a pool in the center with a man and a goat. In the corner is a bar.
Above the balcony is a set of five mattresses, which if bounced off properly can take you all the way to the Concert, which is at the top of the skyscraper. (Can also be accessed from the elevator)

The balcony is about halfway up the Skyscraper, on the bay side.

Don't Panic: The towel is on the side of the pool.

- There is a trophy on the edge of the balcony, on the side facing Cabrito Park.
