Uncle Fred's Workshop
Uncle Fred's Workshop is a location in Goat City Bay.
The most unusual feature of the workshop is a floating blue object in a large machine. Text on the wall reads "DO NOT LICK!!!". Licking the object will knock you back, while walking into the object applies the Uncle Goat mutator.
The workshop also has a world map with a number of push pins in it.
