The Wind Altar
The Wind Altar is a location in Goat City Bay.
The location consists of a stone slab table sitting between two stone pillars that have markings carved onto them. The area also has a goat standing beside the table. This goat is wearing a deer skull mask and is called the Tornado Goat.
Bringing the Wind Statue will turn you into Tornado Goat.

If you take the ramp on the left up to the Ragdoll Skate area, you will notice a hill with a path going up beside the half pipe. Go through and you will be at the altar
